Laminated butter croissant dough filled with pieces of cooked ham and cheese. The croissant is preproved,wrapped from a triangle, laid down straight and decorated with cheese.Baking Instruction:Put frozen products on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them thaw at an ambient temperature forca. 15-20 min. and bake them in a pre-heated oven with much steam.The products can also be baked frozen (without thawing) in a pre-heated oven with a longer bakingtime up to ca. 2 min. The first method gives a more optimal result.Exact baking times and temperatures depend on type of oven.
