Mediterranean stone oven baguette with three diagonal cuts and sharp ends. The surface is rustic and slightly sprinkled with oat flakes, sesame seeds and linseeds. The product is made from wheat dough with contents of seeds and partly baked.
Baking Instruction:Put frozen products on a baking sheet and let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 30 – 60 minutes. Pre-heat oven up to 210°C and bake products according to the baking temperatures and times as follow.
